#### 79Q Variation on application (1) A person given a notice imposing conditions may apply to the Treasurer for a variation of the notice (including after the action specified in the notice is taken). > Note: See also Part 6 (fees) and section 135 (manner and form for notices and applications). (2) An application for an extension of a period specified in a notice imposing conditions must be made 2 months before the end of the period. (3) The Treasurer may vary a notice imposing conditions if the Treasurer is satisfied that the variation is not contrary to national security.
