#### 26 Meaning of sensitive business (1) A business is a sensitive business if the business meets the conditions specified in the regulations. (2) Without limiting subsection (1) or subsection 33(3A) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, the regulations may prescribe: (a) sensitive businesses generally, or different sensitive businesses for different kinds of foreign persons; and (b) different conditions for different sensitive businesses.
