#### 130ZV Civil penalty for failing to give notice to Registrar
A person contravenes this section if:
(a) the person is required to give a register notice to the Registrar before a particular time (the notice time); and
(b) the person does not comply with the requirement.
Civil penalty: 250 penalty units.
