#### 123 Authorisation of disclosures relating to law enforcement A person may disclose protected information to an enforcement body (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988) if the person reasonably believes the disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary for one or more enforcement related activities (within the meaning of that Act) conducted by or on behalf of the enforcement body.
