13 Application of amendments made by the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Amendment (Charges) Regulations 2019
(1) The amendments of these Regulations made by the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Amendment (Charges) Regulations 2019 apply in relation to applications made on or after 1 July 2019. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to the amendments inserting the headings to Parts 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.
