#### 84 Forum on Food Regulation may request a review (1) If the Authority notifies the Forum on Food Regulation under section 34, 41, 64 or 69 that the Authority has approved a draft standard or draft variation (with or without amendments), or under section 53 and 79 that the Authority has approved a draft high level health claims variation, the Forum must, within 60 days after the notification: (a) request the Authority to review the draft; or (b) inform the Authority that the Forum does not intend to request the Authority to review the draft. (2) In exercising its powers under this section in relation to a draft standard or variation, or a draft high level health claims variation, the Forum on Food Regulation must comply with: (a) the Food Regulation Agreement; and (b) the Australia New Zealand Joint Food Standards Agreement.
