#### 107 General conduct in considering an application or proposal Subject to this Act, in considering an application or proposal: (a) the Authority is not bound to act in a formal manner; and (b) the Authority is not bound by the rules of evidence; and (c) the Authority may inform itself on any matter in such manner as it thinks fit; and (d) the Authority may receive written or oral information or submissions; and (e) the Authority may consult with such persons as it thinks fit.
