116D Modification of Food Standards Code

(1) The Food Standards Code, Standard 4.2.7 is modified, but only in relation to the storing and transporting of berries, by inserting after clause 3(3) the following subclause—

(4) This Standard does not apply to a primary horticulture processor if the only relevant activities are storing or transporting harvested berries.

(2) The Food Standards Code, Standard 4.2.8 is modified, but only in relation to the storing and transporting of leafy vegetables, by inserting after clause 3(3) the following subclause—

(4) This Standard does not apply to a primary horticulture processor if the only relevant activities are storing or transporting harvested leafy vegetables.

(3) The Food Standards Code, Standard 4.2.8 is modified, but only in relation to the primary production of leafy vegetables, by inserting after clause 4 the following clause—

(4) The Food Standards Code, Standard 4.2.9 is modified, but only in relation to the storing and transporting of melons, by inserting after clause 3(3) the following subclause—
