112 Plant products food safety scheme

For the Act, section 102, the following provisions are prescribed as a food safety scheme (the plant products food safety scheme)—

(a) for plant products businesses—

(i) Part 4, and

(ii) this part, and

(iii) Schedule 3, Part 3,

(b) for micro producers—this part.
