An accreditation holder must, for goat milk produced, implement and maintain a product recall program that complies with the FSANZ industry recall program. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— FSANZ industry recall program means a guideline issued by Food Standards Australia and New Zealand, established under the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (Cwlth) , about ways of complying with recall procedures.
