sec.84 Aspects of production of goat milk for which pt 4 applies
This part applies to the following— milking a goat at a dairy; storing goat milk at a dairy; rearing a goat at a dairy for milking at the dairy; growing stock food at a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at the dairy; treating with drugs and pesticides a goat to be milked at a dairy; packaging and labelling goat milk at a dairy; retail sales of goat milk if the milk is sold from the dairy where the goat was milked. However, this part does not apply to the following— growing stock food at a place other than a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at a dairy; supplying or transporting stock food to a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at the dairy; rearing a goat to be supplied to a dairy for milking; producing goat milk for human consumption if the milk is sent to a factory for processing; retail sales of goat milk if the milk is sold other than from the dairy where the goat was milked. (sec.84-ssec.1) This part applies to the following— milking a goat at a dairy; storing goat milk at a dairy; rearing a goat at a dairy for milking at the dairy; growing stock food at a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at the dairy; treating with drugs and pesticides a goat to be milked at a dairy; packaging and labelling goat milk at a dairy; retail sales of goat milk if the milk is sold from the dairy where the goat was milked. - (a) milking a goat at a dairy;
- (b) storing goat milk at a dairy;
- (c) rearing a goat at a dairy for milking at the dairy;
- (d) growing stock food at a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at the dairy;
- (e) treating with drugs and pesticides a goat to be milked at a dairy;
- (f) packaging and labelling goat milk at a dairy;
- (g) retail sales of goat milk if the milk is sold from the dairy where the goat was milked.
- (a) growing stock food at a place other than a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at a dairy;
- (b) supplying or transporting stock food to a dairy for consumption by a goat to be milked at the dairy;
