sec.8 Change to information in accreditations register
This section applies to an accreditation holder if a change happens in the holder’s business that is likely to result in information in the accreditations register being incomplete or inaccurate. The holder must, within 14 days after the change in the holder’s business happens, give Safe Food written notice of the change, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.8-ssec.1) This section applies to an accreditation holder if a change happens in the holder’s business that is likely to result in information in the accreditations register being incomplete or inaccurate.
