sec.79 Storing dairy produce
If an accreditation holder stores dairy produce at a place other than a dairy, the holder must ensure the produce is— protected from the risk of contamination; and kept under environmental conditions and temperature control to maintain the acceptability of the dairy produce. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) protected from the risk of contamination; and
- (b) kept under environmental conditions and temperature control to maintain the acceptability of the dairy produce.
