sec.65 Food safety requirements for dairy scheme
Subject to part 4 , the food safety requirements under this part are food safety requirements for the dairy scheme. See part 4 for additional food safety requirements for the dairy scheme that apply to an accreditation holder under that part. Those requirements are additional to the food safety requirements under chapter 2 , part 5 , subject to section 35 (2) (b) . However, a food safety requirement under this part applies instead of a food safety requirement under chapter 2 , part 5 to the extent of any inconsistency. (sec.65-ssec.1) Subject to part 4 , the food safety requirements under this part are food safety requirements for the dairy scheme. See part 4 for additional food safety requirements for the dairy scheme that apply to an accreditation holder under that part. (sec.65-ssec.2) Those requirements are additional to the food safety requirements under chapter 2 , part 5 , subject to section 35 (2) (b) .
