sec.61 Primary produce for which dairy scheme applies
The dairy scheme applies to dairy produce intended for human or animal consumption. However, the dairy scheme does not apply to the processing of dairy produce intended for consumption by an animal, if the animal, or any part or product of the animal, is intended for human consumption. (sec.61-ssec.1) The dairy scheme applies to dairy produce intended for human or animal consumption.
