sec.59 Identification of nonconformance with management statement
This section applies if Safe Food identifies any nonconformance with the requirements of an accreditation holder’s management statement. Safe Food may give the holder a notice stating— the nonconformance; and that the holder must take action to remedy the nonconformance and the period within which the action must be taken. The holder must comply with the notice. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.59-ssec.1) This section applies if Safe Food identifies any nonconformance with the requirements of an accreditation holder’s management statement. (sec.59-ssec.2) Safe Food may give the holder a notice stating— the nonconformance; and that the holder must take action to remedy the nonconformance and the period within which the action must be taken. (sec.59-ssec.3) The holder must comply with the notice. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
