Safe Food may monitor compliance with food safety schemes by 1 or more methods that are considered appropriate to the nature of the business engaging in the production of primary produce and the risks associated with the business. However, Safe Food must conduct the audits required under this part. However, see section 56 for the variation, by Safe Food, of the frequency of audits.
