sec.39 Water supply
An accreditation holder who uses a water supply to process primary produce may use the water supply only if— the water is of potable quality; or the holder demonstrates in the holder’s program or management statement that the use of the water will not make the produce unacceptable. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) the water is of potable quality; or
- (b) the holder demonstrates in the holder’s program or management statement that the use of the water will not make the produce unacceptable.
