sec.31 Fees for approval as auditor— Act , s 60
For section 60 (2) (b) of the Act , the fee prescribed is— for an approval as an auditor—the total of— the application fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; and the auditor approval fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; or for a renewal of an approval as an auditor—the auditor approval fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the term of the renewed approval starts. (sec.31-ssec.2) An application fee paid under this section is not refundable.
- (a) for an approval as an auditor—the total of— (i) the application fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; and (ii) the auditor approval fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; or
- (i) the application fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; and
- (ii) the auditor approval fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; or
- (b) for a renewal of an approval as an auditor—the auditor approval fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the term of the renewed approval starts.
- (i) the application fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; and
- (ii) the auditor approval fee mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 that is in force on 1 January in the year in which the approval starts; or
