sec.28 Accreditation period— Act , s 50
For section 50 (4) of the Act , the prescribed period for accreditation is 1 year. However, Safe Food may grant or renew an accreditation for less than 1 year. s 28 amd 2019 SL No. 127 s 23 (sec.28-ssec.1) For section 50 (4) of the Act , the prescribed period for accreditation is 1 year.
