sec.213 References to repealed regulation
In an instrument, if the context permits— a reference to the repealed regulation is taken to be a reference to this regulation; and a reference to a repealed provision is taken to be a reference to a corresponding provision of this regulation. Subsection (1) does not limit the application of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 14H.
