sec.211 Approved management statements
This section applies to an approved management statement in force under the repealed regulation immediately before the commencement. The statement is taken to be an approved management statement under this regulation. If the statement was subject to a condition, the statement continues to be subject to the condition. (sec.211-ssec.1) This section applies to an approved management statement in force under the repealed regulation immediately before the commencement. (sec.211-ssec.2) The statement is taken to be an approved management statement under this regulation.
