sec.210 Particular applications made before commencement
This section applies to an application that— is for— the grant or renewal of an accreditation; or approval as an auditor; and was made, but not decided, before the commencement. The repealed regulation continues to apply to dealing with and deciding the application as if this regulation had not commenced.
