sec.205 Additional food safety requirements
An accreditation holder must comply with— the requirements stated in the food standards code, standard 4.2.1 Primary production and processing standard for seafood (Australia only) , Schedule (ASQAP manual conditions); or other requirements that— are stated in the holder’s approved program or approved management statement; and give the same or a higher level of protection for managing exposure to risks in relation to food safety as the requirements mentioned in paragraph (a) . Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
