sec.201 Tracing seafood
An accreditation holder who engages in the production of seafood must keep records to identify— any person who supplies the seafood to the holder; or any person to whom the holder supplies the seafood. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) any person who supplies the seafood to the holder; or
- (b) any person to whom the holder supplies the seafood.
