sec.184 Purpose of ch 7
This chapter sets out the seafood food safety scheme (the seafood scheme ). The seafood scheme gives effect to the food standards code, standard 4.2.1 Primary production and processing standard for seafood (Australia only) , known as the ‘National Seafood Standard’. At the commencement of this section, the National Seafood Standard was able to be viewed at www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx. (sec.184-ssec.1) This chapter sets out the seafood food safety scheme (the seafood scheme ).
