sec.181 Skills and knowledge
A poultry processor must ensure each person involved in the processing has appropriate— skills in food safety and food hygiene; and knowledge of food safety and food hygiene matters; and skills and knowledge to detect a condition that would render poultry or poultry product unsuitable. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
- (a) skills in food safety and food hygiene; and
