sec.153 Rendering
An accreditation holder who renders biological material from an animal must ensure the rendering— destroys pathogens; or reduces pathogenic growth to a level that does not affect the acceptability of the rendered product. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) destroys pathogens; or
- (b) reduces pathogenic growth to a level that does not affect the acceptability of the rendered product.
