sec.146 Contamination of meat and ready-to-eat meat
An accreditation holder who processes meat or ready-to-eat meat at a place must ensure the meat or ready-to-eat meat is not contaminated by an external environmental condition or a processing activity at the place. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
