sec.129 Handling and dressing animal
An accreditation holder who handles or dresses an animal must handle or dress the animal in a way that— reduces the risk of contamination of the animal’s carcass; and ensures the carcass is appropriate for producing meat that is acceptable. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) reduces the risk of contamination of the animal’s carcass; and
- (b) ensures the carcass is appropriate for producing meat that is acceptable.
