sec.114 Food safety requirements for horticulture scheme
The food safety requirement under this part is a food safety requirement for the horticulture scheme. The food safety requirements under chapter 2 , part 5 apply in addition to the food safety requirements under this part. However, a food safety requirement under this part applies instead of a food safety requirement under chapter 2 , part 5 to the extent of any inconsistency. (sec.114-ssec.1) The food safety requirement under this part is a food safety requirement for the horticulture scheme. (sec.114-ssec.2) The food safety requirements under chapter 2 , part 5 apply in addition to the food safety requirements under this part.
