sec.110 Purpose of ch 5
This chapter sets out the horticulture food safety scheme (the horticulture scheme ). The horticulture scheme gives effect to the requirements of the food standards code, standard 4.2.6 Production and processing standard for seed sprouts (Australia only) . At the commencement of this section, the standard was able to be viewed at www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx.
