sec.107 Pasteurising egg products
A person who produces egg products must pasteurise the egg products according to the compulsory standard. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply if the person supplies the egg products to an accreditation holder for pasteurising the egg products. (sec.107-ssec.1) A person who produces egg products must pasteurise the egg products according to the compulsory standard. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. (sec.107-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person supplies the egg products to an accreditation holder for pasteurising the egg products.
