sec.106 Supplying egg products
A person must not supply an egg product the person knows, or ought reasonably know, has not been pasteurised. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply if the person supplies the egg product to an accreditation holder for pasteurising the egg product. (sec.106-ssec.1) A person must not supply an egg product the person knows, or ought reasonably know, has not been pasteurised. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. (sec.106-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person supplies the egg product to an accreditation holder for pasteurising the egg product.
