An accreditation holder must produce and supply eggs and egg products according to the compulsory standard. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. However, if an act or omission is an offence under subsection (1) , and is also an offence against another provision of this part, the holder is not liable to be punished for the offence under subsection (1) .
