sec.96 Failure to help authorised officer
A person required to give reasonable help under section 95 (3) (f) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. A person has a reasonable excuse if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
