sec.87 Failure to return identity card
A person who ceases to be an authorised officer must return the person’s identity card to Safe Food as soon as practicable, but within 15 business days, after ceasing to be an authorised officer, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not returning it. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
