sec.86 Authorised officer’s identity card
Safe Food must give each authorised officer an identity card. The identity card must— contain a recent colour photograph of the authorised officer; and contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised officer under this Act. This section does not prevent the giving of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other Acts. (sec.86-ssec.1) Safe Food must give each authorised officer an identity card. (sec.86-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent colour photograph of the authorised officer; and contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised officer under this Act. (sec.86-ssec.3) This section does not prevent the giving of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other Acts.
