sec.74 Register of auditors
Safe Food must keep a register of auditors. The register must contain the following information about each auditor— the auditor’s name; the conditions, if any, of the auditor’s approval; any other information decided by Safe Food. Safe Food must ensure the register is available for inspection by members of the public during normal office hours at Safe Food’s head office. (sec.74-ssec.1) Safe Food must keep a register of auditors.
