sec.20 Vacation of office
The office of the chief executive officer becomes vacant if the chief executive officer— dies; or resigns office by notice given to the Minister; or ceases to be qualified to be the chief executive officer.
- (a) dies; or
- (b) resigns office by notice given to the Minister; or
- (c) ceases to be qualified to be the chief executive officer.
