sec.140D Existing tribunal appeals about part 3 or 4 matter
If, before the dissolution day, an appeal to the tribunal about a part 3 or 4 matter has not been decided, it may be continued before, and finished by, the tribunal as if this Act had not been enacted. s 140D ins 2002 No. 49 s 27
