sec.133 Protecting authorised persons and other persons from liability
An authorised officer or a person acting under direction of an authorised officer is not civilly liable for an act done, or an omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability from attaching to a person, the liability instead attaches to Safe Food. (sec.133-ssec.1) An authorised officer or a person acting under direction of an authorised officer is not civilly liable for an act done, or an omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
