sec.115 Failure to produce documents
A person required to make available, or produce, for inspection a document under section 114 (1) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. A person has a reasonable excuse if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
