sec.86 Licensee to have food safety supervisor

A licensee must, within 30 days after the licence is issued under section 60 (1) , have a food safety supervisor for the food business under the licence. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 260A , to have also committed the offence. The licensee must at all times continue to have a food safety supervisor for the food business under the licence. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
