sec.85 General requirements for applications under ch 3

This section applies to an application for— a licence under section 52 ; or the renewal of a licence under section 72 ; or the restoration of a licence under section 73 ; or an amendment of a licence under section 74 . The application must— be in the approved form; and be signed by or for the applicant; and be accompanied by the fee, if any, for the application. The approved form for the application must provide for the inclusion of the applicant’s contact details. (sec.85-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for— a licence under section 52 ; or the renewal of a licence under section 72 ; or the restoration of a licence under section 73 ; or an amendment of a licence under section 74 . (sec.85-ssec.2) The application must— be in the approved form; and be signed by or for the applicant; and be accompanied by the fee, if any, for the application. (sec.85-ssec.3) The approved form for the application must provide for the inclusion of the applicant’s contact details.

• (a) a licence under section 52 ; or
• (b) the renewal of a licence under section 72 ; or
• (c) the restoration of a licence under section 73 ; or
• (d) an amendment of a licence under section 74 .
