sec.51 Licensee to comply with conditions of licence
A licensee must not contravene a condition of the licence. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 260A , to have also committed the offence. The penalty under subsection (1) may be imposed whether or not the licence is suspended or cancelled because of the contravention. s 51 amd 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1 (sec.51-ssec.1) A licensee must not contravene a condition of the licence.
