sec.49 Licence required to carry on licensable food business
A person must not carry on a licensable food business unless the person holds a licence to carry on the business. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units. This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 260 . s 49 amd 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1
