sec.33 Sale of unsafe food
A person must not sell food that the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, is unsafe. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 260 . s 33 amd 2008 No. 66 s 4 sch pt 1 ; 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1
