sec.32 Handling of food in unsafe way
A person must not handle food intended for sale in a way that the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, will make, or is likely to make, the food unsafe. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 260 . s 32 amd 2008 No. 66 s 4 sch pt 1 ; 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1
