sec.31 Fees payable to local governments
A local government may make a resolution or local law about the fees payable to it for providing a service or taking action under this Act. For a fee for providing a service or taking action, a resolution or local law under subsection (1) may only prescribe a fee that is not more than the cost to the local government of providing the service or taking the action. (sec.31-ssec.1) A local government may make a resolution or local law about the fees payable to it for providing a service or taking action under this Act.
